Good place for cake doughnuts. The pistachio is the best. But they run out fairly early in the day during the weekends.

OMG... these donuts are so yummy! Totally worth the high price that you will pay for them.The quality of the donuts are top notch!I even ordered a coffee to go with the donuts and it was brewed so well.The young lady at the counter was very helpful in picking out my donuts.I didn't stay in the location to eat my donuts but I plan on going back when it gets warm out to talk some family members that have never been.

Adorable little shop with delicious doughnuts! It's hard to resist coffee and doughnuts, but I walked out of my way to have breakfast here. Better than any worldwide chain.

Your typical Stan’s Donuts, very consistent and delicious! I had to make a review of this particular location as the service I have experienced today were fantastic!There were about 3, 4 people in line for service, and the girl in the back notice the line and without anyone telling her to, she started to approach people in line and assisting us with orders while the cashier sorts out the payments. Did I mention she did all that with a genuine smile and super polite! We need more of that in this world! Good job girl! This 5 stars is for you! We were there around 4:30pm.

Stopped in for a coffee and donut to shake off the cold. Pretty clean and friendly staff. The sweets selection is top notch and the coffee is... coffee. Nice little place to take a rest.

I first off want to say this place was phenomenal. The young man who worked the morning of July 6th was so professional for what he endured. I was visiting from Atlanta when i stopped in. A customer a few transactions before me was out of line, complaining from what i caught as this place being over priced. I was baffled at the customer who got his name and I'm assuming manager's number. From my stance, DO NOT take this customer's complaint seriously. That was a joke. I would highly recommend this place .

Simply delicious! Cute, simple donut shop. Stopped for a snack. Yum!

The peanut butter banana pocket was absolutely amazing! We also had the pumpkin spice old-fashioned and a blueberry fritter that were equally delicious. It was very busy when we went but we were able to get in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and the place appeared to be clean which is always good to see. Thanks for the great donuts!!

I had a toasted pretzel bagel with onion and chive cream cheese and it was perfect. It was my first time getting something from here but I will definitely be back. I especially live how perfectly soft the bagel was and the fact that it wad not overly salted. The aged joy of being able to have a non sweet cream cheese was just icing on the cake. The other many options also looked great but im not big on sweets and had sweet coffee from Starbucks.

They have all all kinds of interesting baked goods here that I've never seen or had before. Cronuts, and begniets and all kinds of wonderful things.

Great place. These donuts are at the top of the heap for sure. Fast friendly service, and window seats to people watch from. Everything I wanted right now.

Stan's is my personal favorite. Don't let the price tag fool you, these donuts are on the pricier side but they are very filling and flavorful (so one donut should satisfy). They are also among the best that I've had. The only downside is that you'll never again be able to eat a donut from Dunkin' without being a little disappointed that it's not a Stan's donut. But hey, I don't consider that to be a bad thing...

Love Stan's. Product selection is delightful and delitious. I don't often eat pork, but now and then I indulge in the bacon-topped long john. Total. Foodgasm. I still frequent another shop to appease my specialty coffee addiction, but Stan's has won my pastry vote!

Came in for National Frozen Hot Chocolate Day - a delicious made up holiday! Great frozen drink in a 50s diner style donut shop.

They have 3 type of donuts - the standards, specialties and dough boy’s best. Price range from $1.95 to $3.75 and I think for the size of donuts price is ok. Location of that shop is perfection. On the weekends however you want to get there before noon at least or you’re running into situation where assortment could be pretty slim. Biggest problem in that place is the staff and the service. Half the time I go there the staff is more interested in the conversation with their co staff rather than listening to the order . On 3 different occasion I got home only to find out that I have wrong donuts in my bag. Last time the person who took my order handed my order to cashier who then gave my order to people in front of me ? !Good donuts, great location but service needs improvement.

Cool place! There was a wide variety of donuts on display in their glass case at the front. The lemon pistachio old fashioned and toffee crunch donuts both looked amazing, but were very very very sweet (too sweet). If they could dial back the amount of glaze that would make them better. But, the coffee was hot and fresh! I probably won’t go out of my way to come here, but it wasn’t bad!

Stans Doughnuts are always a staple stop on a trip to Chicago. I've had doughnuts from Seattle to Key West. Stans is the Chicago Chop House of doughnuts. Absolutely the best.

I used to love this place but went in today and WOW ! Are we not in the middle of a pandemic ? So a customer came in without mask, being really close to the guy in front of him who was visibly uncomfortable. Then order still with no mask on, the cashier didn't say anything and told me later than he is not allowed too ... Interesting policy we have here Stan's donuts ! And the the cashier proceed with serving me without gloves on ! Remember he just serve a guy not wearing mask, then accept cash from his hand, gave him change hand to hand and then serve me without sanitizing his hand or at least put on a pair of gloves ... Disgusting .... Just lost my daily business !

If you craving for something sweet, there is the place to go and enjoy your sweet tooth. Also they have the seasonal donuts it's to dye for, with a cup of Joe.

Cofee no good

This is definitely a place you run in and out of for a sugary breakfast on the go. The coffee is pretty bad, but the donuts are good so it's like the equal and opposite equivalent of Dunkin Donuts but way more pretentious.

Cozy couches, artisanal donuts, house-blend coffee, and a friendly staff- Stan's lives up to the hype. Get it to go and enjoy Park West shopping or get it to stay and cozy up on a snowy morning. I will be looking to visit Stan's again when I'm back in Chicago to further explore their creative donut menu.

The young man that was on duty, was very nice, I appreciated his attitude, people skills, I just brought a soda.

One of the better donut shops in Chicago. It is a tie for me between Stan's and Firecakes. Though the coffee isn't that great at Stan's, the donuts are worth trying!

I was never a fan of Donut until I tried Stan's. They have huge variety of donuts and usually run out of donuts by evening on Saturday especially during summer. Apart from donuts, I also recommend their chai latte.

Donuts are great here we all know that by now but let me tell you, they have the best hot chocolate! Just the right amount of sweet! Also, very good mango smoothies.

There are soooo many donuts to choose from! I wish there were labels and a menu of descriptions for all the different types would have really helped. When the staff member quickly recited the names, I couldn't remember and lost count of the number of times he had to repeat them. The cakey Chocolate Covered Donut was so unique and divine! I have never had a donut like it before. I wasn't a fan of the Vanilla Cream filled donut, the whipped cream filling was meh. Surprisingly, the hot Mocha was delicious! Glad to see Stan's stores around the city and not Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme. I can see why Stan's is the staple for donuts in Chicago. Might be back to try a new flavor!

I have been here several times, either to pick up donuts for home or to eat donut and coffee inside. The best thing about this location is that you can smell the donuts and coffee few blocks away! They have three separate price levels for the donuts, glazed donuts are the cheap ones, followed by old fashioned and then cream and Nutella filled donuts and so on. If you want to taste donuts that tastes better than Dunkin’ Donuts or Krispy Creme, and if you are willing to pay a little more; then this is the right place to come to.

The cinnamon croissant doughnuts are insane, if it you could buy w/o filling!!! The crunch factor would increase 10 fold!!! Stan? You listening??

Hands down the best tasting donuts in Chicago! Definitely try the banana filled salted caramel. The flavors here are so unique. All the donuts are soft, the fillings are creamy, and you'll never have a stale old donut to eat. These guys take pride in their product. The staff is super friendly and keeps their dining area clean all the time. I will never go back to Dunkin' Donuts or Krispy Kreme donuts ever.

Love these donuts! Banana+ Nutella+ chocolate etc, it may sound too sweet but it was the perfect amount of everything put together. Definitely coming back. Coffee was good too. Busy but never had to wait that long. Parking although was a little challenging.

We came late in the afternoon so had less choices but the donuts we ate we're good.

Vegan doughnuts!!! The other day, I bought 2 vegan doughnuts for my dad, who is not vegan, and he was shocked when I told him that they were vegan because they are so good!!! I wish Stan’s would go 100% vegan ... no one would know the difference and no animals would be harmed. Please go cruelty-free, Stan’s!!! XOXO
